Since its inception as a non-profit organisation, SASC has been dedicated to raising awareness about the exploitation of marine resources and sustainable utilisation through several core programmes and projects, including our education and outreach initiatives.
To further our mandate and meet the organisational goals, we are proud to present our new Shark Camp. Shark Camp is an educational initiative designed for youth of various ages, during which they will come face to face with the marine environment in an experiential manner.
Using all our resources and experience we hope to unveil some of the mysteries of the marine realm and give our youth the tools and knowledge required to make a difference to conservation.
Shark Camp will be running during the upcoming school holidays (March 30 - April 11). If your kids are interested in participating, please contact info@sharkconservancy.org for more information.
